Mobile wood-fired ovenServing San Diego County
We roll in on a fire truck with a live wood-burning oven, stretch dough in front of your guests, and hand over blistered pies straight off the peel.
Step 1 of 2
Pick the closest one and we'll tell you how service usually runs for it.
Nothing selected yet.

Split oak and almond wood burning at roughly 900°F. That heat is what puts leopard spots on the crust and keeps the center soft — an electric deck oven can't do it.
Mixed days before your event, slow-fermented for flavor and digestibility, then stretched by hand on-site. Nothing pre-baked, nothing par-cooked in a commissary.
The oven is the entertainment. Guests watch their pie go in raw and come out 90 seconds later, then eat it standing there while it's still too hot to rush.
We bring the oven, the fuel, the prep surfaces and our own power. You provide level ground and a spot to park — no kitchen access needed.
Weekends book out first, especially spring and fall.
Code Red Mobile Pizza serves San Diego County, with most of our events in North County — private residences, ranch and vineyard venues, offices, parks and neighborhood streets. If you're inside the county line, ask us; we'll tell you straight whether the site works for the truck and the oven.
All we need is a level spot to park with clearance on the service side and enough room to keep the fire a safe distance from structures and overhang.
